This website and the PRISM indicator are operated by Underground Media合同会社 (Underground Media LLC), Tokyo, Japan. Full registration details are on the company information page. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means the person using the service.
By subscribing to PRISM or using this website, you agree to these terms, to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and to our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
A subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PRISM indicator on one TradingView username for the plan's duration, together with membership of the private Telegram group while the plan is active. You are licensing access to software — you are not buying the software itself, and no ownership passes to you.
Access is granted manually after payment confirms, normally within 1–2 business days. You must give us the correct TradingView username; if it is wrong, tell us before access is granted and we will correct it free of charge.
Companies, funds, prop desks and trading teams need an Enterprise licence — a personal plan does not cover an organisation.
The PRISM indicator, PRISM™ Cycle, the source code, the calculations, this website, its text and images, and the PRISM name and marks remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. Charts you produce for your own use are yours; the software that draws them is not.
PRISM is published on TradingView as an invite-only script and depends entirely on that platform. We do not control TradingView and cannot guarantee its availability, its data, its alert delivery, its pricing or its policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Inc. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms, and you need an account with them to use PRISM at all.
If TradingView removes, restricts or changes the script, or discontinues invite-only scripts, we will do what we reasonably can to keep serving you — but circumstances outside our control are not a breach of these terms by us.
Payments are processed by CoinPayments. Their handling of your transaction is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their service or errors.
We may update, change, add to or remove features and calculations at any time, including in ways that change how signals behave. We may also amend these terms; the version published here is the version that applies, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Where a change is significant, we will say so in the Telegram group.
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these terms — in particular if you share, resell or copy the script, or if you abuse other members of the Telegram group. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first.
You may stop using the service at any time. Subscriptions do not auto-renew: a plan simply ends on its expiry date unless you buy another. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to money already paid.
PRISM is analysis software. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing it outputs is a recommendation to buy or sell. Do NOT buy or sell based on the printed indicator signals. We do not guarantee that PRISM will be profitable or that its signals will be accurate. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please read the full Risk Disclosure — it forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for trading losses, lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in Japan, rights under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) and related legislation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
These terms are written in English. Translations on this site are machine-generated and provided for convenience only; the English version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
