About the company

Underground Media合同会社 is a Tokyo-registered media and software company, incorporated in September 2023. It grew out of Team Underground, a trading community founded in 2019 that reached tens of thousands of members.

PRISM is the company's quantitative charting product: a signal engine developed and tested across multiple market cycles and hardened with live testers before public release, distributed through TradingView's invite-only system alongside a private Telegram group for subscribers. The company builds and licenses analytical software. It does not manage money, take deposits, execute trades or provide financial advice.

Regulatory status

Underground Media合同会社 is not registered as a Financial Instruments Business Operator (金融商品取引業者) under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and is not a registered Crypto-Asset Exchange Service Provider (暗号資産交換業者) under the Payment Services Act. It supplies analytical software and information services only, and does not carry on regulated financial business, handle client assets or provide investment advice.

Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to them in their own country of residence.

The PRISM name, logo, website, source code, indicator logic and all accompanying material are the property of Underground Media合同会社 and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Access to the indicator grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on TradingView — it does not transfer any ownership. Copying, sharing, reselling, redistributing, decompiling or reverse-engineering the script is prohibited.

Data and privacy

This website does not require an account and does not use tracking cookies. Personal data is collected only when you subscribe through our Telegram bot or contact us by email — typically your Telegram account, TradingView username, country of residence, email address and payment reference. We use it solely to grant and support your licence and signals-group access, and retain it no longer than necessary for that purpose and for our accounting obligations under Japanese law. Payments are processed by CoinPayments, who handle your transaction under their own privacy policy; we do not receive or store card or wallet credentials.

If you use the language switcher, the translation is performed by Google. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your own device so the site stays in that language as you browse.
