PRISM / Risk Disclosure
Please read in fullThe short version: PRISM is software, not advice. Trading can lose you money. Every decision is yours.
Last updated:
PRISM is a technical indicator that runs on TradingView. It applies mathematical calculations to market data and draws the result on a chart. That is all it does. It does not know your account size, your positions, your tax situation or your goals, and it cannot take any of them into account.
We are not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser or portfolio manager in any jurisdiction, and nothing we publish is personalised advice or an assessment of whether anything is suitable for you. If you want advice, speak to a licensed professional in your own country who knows your situation.
A green marker does not mean "buy". A red marker does not mean "sell". A marker means a defined set of mathematical conditions was met on closed price data, nothing more.
Do NOT buy or sell based on the printed indicator signals. Signals can be late, can be wrong, and can be followed immediately by an adverse move. How you act on the output, if at all, is entirely your own decision and your own responsibility.
Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of the capital you commit, and with leverage you may lose more than you deposited. Markets can gap, halt or become illiquid without warning. No indicator, model or strategy removes that risk.
Digital assets carry further risks: extreme volatility, limited regulatory protection, exchange failure or fraud, protocol bugs, permanent loss through lost keys or mistaken transfers, and sudden changes in legal status.
Every backtest, statistic, screenshot and performance figure on this website is hypothetical and shown for illustration only. Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, generally do not account for fees, spreads, slippage, partial fills or taxes, and do not reflect the pressure of trading real money.
Past performance, including backtested performance, never guarantees future results.
We do not represent or warrant that PRISM will be profitable, or that its signals will be accurate, timely, complete or uninterrupted. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Calculations depend on third-party market data, which may be delayed, revised, incorrect or missing.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes. By using PRISM or any indicator we publish, you accept that you do your own research, that you will not rely on our software as the sole basis for any decision, that you understand the instruments you trade, and that any profit or loss is yours.
PRISM is distributed through TradingView and depends on TradingView's platform, data and alerts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Inc., and we are not responsible for outages, data errors or failed alerts. The same applies to any exchange, broker, wallet or bot you connect to, and if you route alerts into an automated system, that system's behaviour and risk controls are entirely yours.
The private Telegram group is provided for product announcements, technical support, educational information and information concerning PRISM and its functionality. It is not a signal service or investment advisory service. We do not provide personalised trading recommendations, entries, exits, position sizing or instructions to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
Anything posted there, by us or by other members, is covered by this disclosure and is not financial advice.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of this software and your trading activity are lawful where you live, and you must be of legal age to enter into a contract there.
This site offers machine translation as a convenience. Translations may be inaccurate, especially for legal wording. The English version is the only official one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
